- After Border Heyen turn on highway A73 direction Nijmegen
- On the A73 take the exit Haps – Oeffelt
- Turn right Direction Haps
- After 2 kilometers take right turn direction Cuijk
- Follow this road until you see Industrial Estate De Beyerd en ‘t Riet
- Go left at give way curve to enter the Industrial Zone
- The road bents left after 50 meters, turn immediately right.
- This is the Simon Homburgstraat and you find Phoenix after 100 meters on the right

- After approx. 1,5 kilometer you see sign of Industrial area De Beijerd en ‘t Riet
- Follow this road until you see on the left a company Oskaro: turn left
- This road will turn after 500 mtr right and this is the Simon Homburgstraat
- After 50 meters you will see our building on the left
